What’s Included in the NEUBIE Licensing and Support
The good news: As of 2021, all licensing and support for the NEUBIE is included for the first two years when PT owners purchase a NEUBIE device. (Learn more about how much the NEUBIE device costs.)
NeuPTtech is the only place to get all the NEUBIE resources, support and training necessary – created by physical therapists FOR physical therapists!
To start, this includes access to both NeuPTtech NEUBIE Continuing Education Unit-certified Courses for one full year. These virtual training courses for the NEUBIE are essential for providing an introduction and practical application resource for you and your entire staff. Plus, each participant receives 6 CEUs for each course they take.
Next, your practice will receive a license to the NEUBIE’s patented processes and technology which is shared via the NEUBIE device and certification training. NeuPTtech has a growing network of Physical Therapists who are expert NEUBIE practitioners available to mentor you and provide hands-on experience.
Upon completion of this Level 1 training, you will pass a proficiency test that certifies you and lists you on our website. Please note: This certification is necessary to operate a NEUBIE machine in a commercial setting.

Each Physical Therapy Practice will receive the rights to use Neufit, NeuPTtech and NEUBIE names and logos in their marketing materials, as well as be listed on the Neufit and NeuPTtech website. You’ll also receive access to our custom software for keeping records and tracking all elements of Neufit treatments.
The NEUBIE Licensing and Support Package also gives certified NEUBIE owners access to accessories like electrodes, cables, straps, etc. at a discounted, wholesale price. These discounts extend to purchase rates on additional NEUBIE devices.
The NEUBIE Warranty in Licensing and Support Package
As long as you’re participating in the Commercial License Support Package, your NEUBIE full warranty coverage for any manufacturer’s defect is covered. (The normal NEUBIE warranty coverage lasts for one year.)
